XCONN VPN runs a network of servers across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, and builds the apps that connect to them on Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS and Fire TV. One subscription covers all of them and up to five devices at once.
How we treat your data
We do not log the sites you visit, the addresses you connect to or the traffic you move. We hold the account and billing records we need to run a subscription business and nothing more. Card details go to Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers.
How we charge
Plain terms, shown before you pay, with no introductory rate that triples on renewal. Every plan has every feature. You can cancel from the client area at any time and keep the service until the end of the term you paid for.
Support
Tickets are monitored around the clock and answered by people who can actually change something on your account. Billing and technical questions go to the same place.
