Terms of Service

The agreement

By buying or using a XCONN VPN subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your username and password to yourself. A subscription covers one person and up to five of their devices signed in at the same time. Reselling or sharing an account outside a household is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, to attack or scan other networks, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to distribute material you have no right to distribute. We may suspend an account that is doing any of these without notice.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are charged in advance for the term you pick and renew automatically at the end of it unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from the client area; the service then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If the service does not work for you, contact support within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it. Renewals are not refundable once the new term has started.

Availability

We work to keep every server available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream network faults and events outside our control can interrupt it.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in the client area before they take effect.
