What is XCONN VPN?

XCONN VPN is a subscription VPN service. It encrypts the traffic leaving your device and routes it through one of our servers, so the sites you visit see our server address instead of your own and anyone on the network between you and us sees only encrypted traffic.

Which devices can I use it on?

Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows 10 and 11, macOS, and Fire TV Stick or Android TV. One subscription covers up to five devices at the same time.

Do you keep logs of what I do online?

No. We do not record the sites you visit, the files you transfer or the addresses you connect to. We keep only the account data we need to bill you and to stop abuse of the network.

How fast is it?

Bandwidth is unlimited and never throttled. The app shows the live latency of every location, and Smart Location picks the quickest server for the network you are on.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal is also accepted. Subscriptions renew at the end of each term and you can cancel at any time from the client area - the service then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens right after I buy?

Checkout takes you to your XCONN VPN account, where your username and password are waiting. Download the app for your device, sign in with those details and press connect.

What is a kill switch?

If the VPN tunnel drops for any reason, the kill switch blocks all internet traffic from your device until the tunnel is back. It stops your real address leaking during a reconnect. You can turn it on in the app under VPN security.

Can I keep some apps off the VPN?

Yes. Split tunnelling lets you pick which apps use the VPN and which use your normal connection - useful for banking apps or local services that block VPN addresses.

Ready to lock down your connection?

One subscription covers five devices across Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Firestick. Set it up in under two minutes.
