XCONN VPN operates this website and the XCONN VPN applications for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Fire TV. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what we do not collect.
What we do not log
We do not record the websites you visit, the addresses you connect to, the DNS queries you make, the contents of your traffic or the files you transfer while connected to our servers.
What we do hold
- Account details – the email address and name you give us when you sign up, so we can identify your account and contact you about it.
- Billing records – invoices, payment status and the last four digits of a card where our payment processor returns them. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers.
- Service data – your subscription term, its renewal date and the number of devices signed in, so we can enforce the device limit.
- Support tickets – anything you write to us, kept so we can follow up.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that keep you signed in to the client area and remember basket contents during checkout. We do not sell data to advertisers.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors we need to run the service: our payment providers, our email provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
